General Worker Supervisor
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Oversee Whole Production work flow, ensure production work meets quality standards and project timeline requirement.
- Ensure all work are carried out in accordance to Safety guidelines.
- Provide Guidance to Signage General Worker in fabrications of signage. (Welding, spray painting, laser cutting machine, router cutting machines, plotter, etc)
- Attend site meetings with Project Manager/Project Executive to assess installation environment, Product dimensions limits, and secure points requirement.
- Assist & Advice Project Manager on all fabrications and installation issues.
- Arrange & oversee all indoor & outdoor installations works based on site requirement.
- Coordinate with Costing department on Ordering of Materials.
- Planning and assigning of Production Shift work and duties.
- Undertake Production flow optimization project as assigned.
Requirements:
- ITE certification in Mechanical or Manufacturing, or Relevant Experience.
- Contract 2 years, renewable. (Permanent post available after 1st contract)
- Required to work on Saturday (9am-1pm), and ad hoc night work due to after-hours installation requirements.
- All Nationality are welcome to apply. (Employment subjected to M.O.M regulations)
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. Need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates based in JasperArt Suzhou(China).
- Good communication skills.
- Well experienced in signage fabrication and installation or relevant experience.
- Basic Computing skills. (Email, Machining Computer Application, etc)
- Class 3 Driving License. Need to be on Site to supervise Installation Works.
