Sales & Project Executive

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand Project requirements and address their concerns.
  • Attend site meetings related to the projects as necessary.
  • Coordinate with Costing department concerning client’s project requirements for quotation preparation.
  • Design and Engineered Product based on client’s specification.
  • Coordinate with Production department concerning machinery & production schedule, and manage product adherence to client’s specification.
  • Coordinate with Contractor and Production department to ensure timely Project delivery and installation.
  • Follow-up on Project deflects, installation modification, and rectification works.
  • Daily administrative paperwork, up-keeping of each individual projects folders, and status report to Project Manager.
  • Undertake Project duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Product Designing Engineering or with relevant experience.
  • Contract 2 years, renewable. (Permanent post available after 1st contract)
  • Required to work on Saturday (9am-1pm), and ad hoc night work due to after-hours installation requirements.
  • All Nationality are welcome to apply. (Employment subjected to M.O.M regulations)
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. Need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates based in JasperArt Suzhou(China).
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in signage installations or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Designing Software application. (Adobe Photoshop & illustrator, etc)
  • Preferably with Class 3 Driving License. Need to be on Site to supervise Installation Works.
